Recirculating Air Drier

Our drier has an oven that is operated through a single or a two door system equipped with a mechanical cranage that moves above a rail situated on the edge of the oven wall. The doors are insulated and also equipped with power drives. The required drying temperature is reached by electro or thermal oil heating system reaches the required drying temperature. The oven consists of a Relay Logic Control Panel with specific temperature control for impactful drying with stable heat and reduced dip time without any auxiliary burners. Our drier is highly functional as it renders great results with specific design to meet your requirements. It is operated through dual push button stations.

Our drier offers proper air flow with proper utilization of temperature rated components and systematic air recirculation amount backed up with a powerful exhaust system. Loads are heated in the furnace from the excess heat created in the process. We also provide a detailed operation and maintenance manual documentation with preventative maintenance recommendations as well. We render complete product solutions with great oven workmanship. The oven’s high volume circulation fan is specifically engineered for each unique application for a quality product. The drier consists of a PLC system with a high-temperature conveyor for efficient solutions.
