Arvind Anticor is a manufacturer and supplier of pretreatment tanks for galvanizing to offer high quality products. The tanks are made using Propylene or Fiber Resin Plastic for different applications. The main body and tank walls are made using the ‘Butt Fusion’ technique to reduce risks of tank failure and leakage. Rectangular Hollow Sections are used to support the frame structure coated with the Fiber Resin Plastic to prevent risks of acid attack.

We design tanks with a consideration of wind load, man load and seismic loadThe tanks follow a Cascade water flow system backed up by UV protection, fire retardancy, lifting hooks and static grounding arrangements. The fume extraction system in it includes impeller, scrubber system, ducting and a chimney Our tanks are corrosion resistant giving better surface quality and increased productivity. Less reaction time assists low production cost and rejection. We provide MS structural support for larger tanks. The tank has inlet, drain, overflow, heaters, thermometers, recycling, air agitation, cathode movement, dosing, sampling, slant bottom so that sludge is collected effortlessly.
