Our kettles have very low phosphorus, aluminium and silicon components to prevent heavy weight and wastage. The zinc and steel kettles are insulated with refractory casting and fiber at the bottom to prevent direct flames of the burner and low fume extraction. The galvanizing kettle also has zero silicon steel plates and corrosion proof joints crafted by a state of the art welding process. All parts of the kettle undergo a cold bending to release the material stress and keep physical and chemical properties intact. A grade low carbon-low silicon plates are used in the kettle to give you a sturdy environment-friendly product.
Special quality steel plates are used to maintain material strength and low wear-off rate. The zinc kettles are ultrasonically tested and welded with electroslag for uniform temperature input and thickness of the kettle.
