Our flux recycling system and flux cleaning system closely control the iron content used for fluxing. It also maintains the PH value of the solution created to ensure purity. The concentration of iron is stable at a level of less than 5g per liter in the fluxing solution. There is a closed circuit recycling system where hydrogen peroxide and ammonia are added to the fluxing solution and the iron is separated from it as sludge. The solution goes through different clearing tanks such as neutralizing tank, oxidizing tank, filter press and sludge settling tank after this the pure flux solution is resent to the flux tank.
We render high quality standard designs in each of our tanks. Our tanks are easy to transport and compact. Our tanks are highly efficient backed up with a simple design and they are also easy to operate. The automation is up to the mark of consumer needs. The tanks enable minimal maintenance cost and effort due to low sludge generation. The flux tank remains clean to give you a lead free product with the correct PH.
Arvind Anticor’s flux regeneration system lowers zinc and flux consumption due to low iron transfer and less zinc creation to the galvanizing bath. Flux residue and zinc chlorides forming ash are produced at a minimal rate to reduce wastage of components. Our system is environmental friendly as it saves energy.
